ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE REPORTING

We provide professional consulting services to assist management for processing and analyzing the information and data in relation to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting requirement of Appendix 27 to the Listing Rules of HKEX. We assist management to draft the report in accordance with the requirements. Our services include:

  • Discuss with the management of the company for defining the scope of ESG reporting

  • Identify key stakeholders and decide the means of participation in the survey by them

  • Collect required information for general disclosures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Environmental and Social sections.

  • Drafting the content of the ESG report in accordance with the Listing Rules requirements

RISK MANAGEMENT

We help management identify and evaluate the key operating risks of the corporate, which is a key function of the board of the listed company in relation to corporate governance. Our services include:

  • Design risk management questionnaires and collect risks-related information from front-line, middle management and senior management

  • Conduct interviews with key personnel with the knowledge of the key risks of the company in order to identify the potential risks faced by it

  • Analyze the risks and formulate a risk matrix for all the key risks by the “probability” and “impact” of individual risks

  • Prepare written reports on the result of the analysis and discuss with management the risk mitigating procedures by way of our internal control assessment

INTERNAL CONTROL

We assist management to evaluate the risks and internal control system of the company, and assess whether the internal control system in place is sufficient and effective. Our services include:

  • Discuss with management the risks faced by the company and define the risk nature, impact and the corresponding risk mitigation procedures, and set out the 3-year plan for internal control review accordingly

  • Evaluate the operating procedures, policies and internal control design and execution on each aspect of the business cycles

  • Suggest internal control enhancement based on the result of the review and assist the management to set out improvement plans to ensure the effectiveness of internal control and risks management program is sustained
